Lauren Pope, our Operations Coordination Manager, is a seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience in coordination roles, primarily within the Rope Access Industry. Her professional journey has taken her across the UK, Norway, and Australia, contributing to various sectors including Oil & Gas, Mining, Geotechnical, Renewables, Rail, and General Building Maintenance.
Armed with a diploma in Business Management, Lauren specialises in resourcing and coordinating rope access and construction personnel. Her role is pivotal in ensuring flawless compliance and seamless mobilisation of resources. She has successfully managed mobilisations for major projects, from alternative access platform installations in Scotland's North Sea and Norway to critical government landslide recovery works across Australia.
Lauren's expertise extends to a strong working knowledge of the Industrial Rope Access Trade Association (IRATA) system. She is well-versed with the IRATA training and assessment scheme, including training course coordination, course registration, and candidate compliance.
In her role, Lauren is a linchpin in our operations, ensuring that our resources are effectively mobilised and our compliance is flawless. Her leadership and coordination skills are instrumental in maintaining NAVIQ's operational excellence and industry reputation.
