What You’ll Be Doing
· Getting hands-on with tools, machinery, and sitework
· Stabilise slopes and mitigate erosion, build retaining walls, soil nails, gabion baskets, and more
· Support geotechnical and civil construction projects
· Operating equipment (once trained and authorised)
· General labouring, cleaning, scaling and grouting
· Working closely with a tight-knit crew and site supervisors
· Attending pre-start briefings and following safety protocols
· Learning new skills and growing your capabilities every day
What You’ll Need
· A great attitude and willingness to learn
· White Card (or ready to get one)
· Driver’s licence (mandatory, even better if its manual)
· First Aid (a plus, but not essential)
· Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
· Keen eye for detail and pride in your work
